This older Ericson 30 is well equipped and has undergone significant upgrades in recent years. The boat is set up for single-handed sailing with roller furling main and jib. The owner also installed wheel steering and a high-end Simrad autopilot. The cockpit hatch over the engine has been upgraded and the standing rigging has been replaced. During the rigging replacement and addition of the mainsail roller furler, the mast was painted with Awlgrip LP paint. The jib has been replaced, a spinnaker has been purchased, and one of the cockpit winches has been upgraded to a self-tailing Harken winch. The entire interior has been re-varnished, a new head has been installed, and new upholstery and cushions have been added. In total, over Max Mile Range:10k has been spent to modernize the boat.
