Post Marine Boats -: Review & Specifications
This fiberglass 42′ Sportfisher was re-powered in 1996 with Caterpillar marine 3176B 6 cylinder turbocharged engines, delivering 300 hp each. It also received new transmissions, propeller shafts, custom pitched propellers, and a new fuel delivery system, along with new fuel tanks. The sanitation system was newly installed, including fresh water holding tanks, water pumps, and automatic maceration. The generator by Onan is in excellent condition. Original receipts for the re-power and upgrades are available on board, and the operating and service manuals for the Caterpillar engines, transmissions, and other components are also available. The boat is equipped with a windlass bow anchor with 200 feet of chain, functioning bilge pumps, shower pumps, and kitchen fixtures. The electronics are basic, with the map plotter and radar working exceptionally well. We are open to considering trades and are currently looking to buy a pickup truck with 4wd.
